Description

Biogeo is a 100% biodegradable PLA resin produced from recycled post-industrial biopolymer waste. This sustainable material offers excellent processability while reducing environmental impact by utilizing materials that would otherwise go to waste. The granules are transparent and translucent, with a sweet odour. Ideal for extrusion, injection molding, and 3D printing applications.

Drying

The resin must be dried before thermal processing for at least 4 to 6 hours at a temperature of 54°C to 60°C. After drying, the resin must not be exposed to the open air. Any additives and colorants must also be dried before being incorporated into the dry resin.
