Description

PETG WS-502 is a glycol-modified polyethylene terephthalate, specially designed for 3D printing filaments. It combines the ease of use of PLA with the durability and weather resistance of ABS. It is recognized for its excellent transparency, high impact resistance, and low odor during printing.

High robustness: Excellent impact resistance and interlayer adhesion. Transparency: High clarity for aesthetic prints. Low shrinkage: Minimal warping, suitable for large-format printing without heated chamber. Chemical resistance: Resistant to oils, fats, and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Food contact: Non-toxic and odorless; compliant with hygiene standards.

Drying & Processing

PETG WS-502 is hygroscopic. Moisture causes bubbles, stringing, and poor layer adhesion. Drying temperature: 65-70°C, Duration: 4-6 hours, Dew point: < -20°C (use of desiccant dryer recommended).

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place (below 40°C). Keep in original sealed packaging with desiccant to prevent moisture absorption. Shelf life: 12 months (if unopened and properly stored).
